Implementation

With our relationship, experience, and authority with many insurance carriers we are able develop and implement programs very quickly. During this phase, we develop metrics for your organization to ensure we follow your Core Values, Vision, and continue with your Franchise Brand.

Management

Our Affinity Team does not stop providing world class service after the Analysis, Design, and Implementation phases. We feel the Franchisor’s brand of exceptional service is at risk during this phase, so we take it on as our responsibility to oversee the development of the program or to ensure a smooth transition of an existing program. Depending on the design of the program, our Team will handle Marketing, Enrollment, Claims, and Risk Management processes.
