As an independent Insurance agency MFG is working for you and not an insurance company. Our claims department is dedicated to protecting customers from unfair claim practices and expediting an equitable settlement. In many cases we are even able to adjust the claim ourselves and issue you a claim draft on the same day that you report the loss to our office.
Our philosophy has always been to take an active role in guiding customers through their claim from beginning to end. MFG will take an aggressive stance on your behalf, whether acting as third party claimant, negotiating property values or attempting to collect from an uninsured motorist.
