Individual Health Plans

We are contracted with major carriers, Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL, Humana, Aetna, United Healthcare/Golden Rule and Assurant. This extensive range of carriers allows us to meet the varying needs of our clients. We can offer PPO plans including office visit co-payment and prescription drug card features, PPO plans with traditional deductible and co-insurance as well as high deductible health savings account qualified plans. A wide variety of optional benefits are also available on some plans including maternity, dental and term life insurance.

To meet the temporary needs of our clients, we offer several short term policies available for terms from one month to twelve months. These policies can fill the temporary gap between jobs or the waiting period of a new job.

As individual major medical policies are not guarantee issue in the State of Illinois, we include in our portfolio a guaranteed issue Limited Medical Plan for those who are unable to qualify for a medically underwritten plan. This plan is HIPPA qualified offering no pre-existing conditions for those with eighteen months of prior coverage.
